Your rental period includes setup, event time, and cleanup.

Alcohol is permitted on-site in accordance with venue policies.
Cleaning Policy

We kindly ask that you return the space in the same condition you received it.

All trash must be placed in the designated area.

A $150 cleaning fee applies to each booking.
Booking & Payments

A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date

The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event

Bookings made within 30 days require full payment upfront

Initial payment can be made by credit card, final payment via Zelle
